Can you still download the game
 

on your computer instead of playing it in your web browser? And can I still download the test sever? I do have some pirates on their and I had the test sever before let me know okay.

Yes, you can still play pirates useing the destop lantcher, you don't have to use the web page thing. As for the test sever, if you have a test account, Disney should send you an e-mail on how to download the lancher, so if you didn't get that e-mail, then your not a tester.

Okay how do I download the desktop lancer? Cause yesterday when I went to the site I logged in and I was having a hard time trying to download the desktop lancer I couldn't find it HELP!!!!!

Go to the pirates website and click on the plus next to HELP in the column to the left. You should see options for downloading the PC or Mac versions.
