Donation Upgrades Question
 

I have a quick question about donation upgrades. When you purchase one and the subscription runs out, is the renewal automatically billed or do you have to manually renew it?

We don't keep financial information on file. If you have set up your donation for automatic renewal, like through pay pal, then yes, it will. Most users do not check this option, however, so it would be wise to check with the institution you set up the initial donation with and see the options you chose.
