I had a problem so what i did was on piratesonline.go.com page there is a help button click that in that page is a chat on line live tech person,he walked me through my problem and was very nice and did not quite on me till he fixed it. He asked me to fill out a bug report then asked for my email that i used to sign up with then he told me whatto do step by step till it was all done now i just use the launcher from desktop not the pirates page. This is much better and faster. Hope this helps all you maties.:pirate_flag::pirate7:

Good guy... Yep, Live Chat is pretty cool. One problem: I went to the Live Chat page during their operating hours (triple-checked), logged in and all that... and what do I get? Not available right now. I doubt they were doing maintenance...

Ok well there is also an 1-800 hundred on thsame chat page to tell the hours to use the chat page.
