Clothing Test Question

I am wondering were is the new clothing is?I cant find like the black coats and stuff.

You have to plunder it, black coat I got was from Dread, but lost it after the reset.... I miss that black coat, friend goat a black shirt and he lost it too after the reset, well happy plundering!
