Membership problem
 

I'm getting really annoyed. I keep trying to buy a subscription and it processes, but when I'm doing the PayPal bit after I click 'Next' it says an error has occured. The account management bit says I have the supsciption but in-game, I don't. I tried contacting Disney months ago but got no response. Any ideas?

Ok,,,if you had any pop-up blockers or firewalls enabled on your puter ...that can glitch paypal...and make you enter "multiples" of the same transaction which causes their errors...

Second, paypal requires an email, which they'd send a confirmation of transaction to...checked that email address for anything from them?

Third, contact them(paypal),,,they have customer support who coulda helped you right then.You should have received a confirmation number,,,so if it glitched,,,you still might have a transaction and they can give you that info....you need that to give to Disney for proof...

Fourth, don't act annoyed with Disney as it could be on your end...they always contact me by email....sometimes slowly...If you had gotten the subscription you woulda received an email saying "Welcome to the Crew...etc." ..the number we use around here to call them toll-free is; 1-877-427-7744.

postnoteSorry , just read your blog....if it was back in January..did you pay just for one month or more? In any case, if in-game it says basic, it coulda run out...but talk to them,,,,I'd still try to get proof of a transaction from PayPal in case it glitched and took your money...and use that with Disney for leverage...hope it works out!!!!
