Desktop Launcher

Does anyone know how to download the desktop launcher? I do not like dgoing through the website for the launching dock. The ocmputer I used to use had the desktop launcher. Please help me.

Go to the pirates website. Then on the sidebars open up help. Then click the respective download whether you are a Mac or a PC.
