Something like this happened to me once. It would not let me get UA from over the internet. So what i did is just called Dinsey and they did it over the phone. Still not sure why it would not let me do it but Probely just a glitch in the system.

It worked just fine for me... I used a game card though. Those get you short memberships (like $9.95 for 30 days.)
