How many of you would like to sail the new ship of the line?
 

With the new model of the Goliath in the Pearl Boss Battle and the EITC Fleet ship, the Leviathan on test, I've wondered about how many would like to sail this new ship model.(I believe it's a ship of the line)

So, how many of you guys would like to see this introduced as a sailable ship?

Yes, but POTCO should rename it before releasing it for players.

It's not a Ship Of The Line, it's a Frigate.

Yes! Who wouldn't want more of everything?

Of course! We need more options for ships. I think newer types would be good. I also think that we should be able as Guildmasters to purchase ships for the guild to use. Then anyone in the guild would have access to these ships for sailing and repairing.

would give em reason to set the cap up higher on our ill-gotten gold....aaaar....the circle of life pirate-style.....plunder gold.....spend it on bigger ships.....buy r..refreshment....plunder more gold....; P

I would love to own this ship! I wish we had a bigger selection of ships to choose from.

Sailing is my favorite part of this game. Heck Boss ships would be cool too!

Not to sound like a complainer, but REAL pirates didn't use big warships - blah blah blah

But, historically even Black Beard's Queen Anne's Revenge, big as she was, was still nowhere near the size of a true warship. Most pirates, and still true today, use smaller fast craft to overtake their prey. They targeted unarmed vessels, boarded them and took cargo at weapon point.

And we should be at a disadvantage anyway, we're supposed to be the underdogs here.

I would LOVE to own that ship.

I was under the idea that one of the things that made Black Beard notorious was the fact that he took ships way bigger than his.

Yep, that's exactly right, but then he was captured by the Navy, correct? By a ship around three times their size, I believe.

Back on topic, I think this should be a new ship class. So there would be a small version, medium, and big.(Big being goliath size.)

I think that if this new class were to exist, maybe they should expand the number of ships a player can own.

That would be pretty cool, but if everyone had SOTLs then that would just ruin it.
