I'm looking for someone. My friend lost her friend and she says he's in Co. Empire, but can't find any way to contact people there. I told her about the forum and she asked me to ask around on here. It's just as a favor to her (but between you and me, there's probably a reason he went missing.) Anyway, I was hoping someone could help set me or her up with a meeting with someone in Co. Empire to help.

I'm in the Co. Empire. Good guild, but is your friend looking for someone in the Co.? If they are, go to empty kingshead on abassa. That's their meeting place. I'm on on weekends.
