Fireworks in February?
 

Im online right now, and for the past hour fireworks have been looping almost non stop. The bonfire pile is also set up on Tortugas beach. What is going on???

I'm online too, it is "Mardi Gras Carnival Fireworks" ! The problem is : I went to Padres, Port Royal, Tortuga and there was fireworks too ! oO

EDIT : Yes, in every room you enter in, the music and fireworks sounds begin ! LOL

LOL Aye, I saw it! I was hoping to get some pork :(. This could only mean 2 things! One : Its a glitch. Two : Disney tried to do an update and instead it loaded mardi gras stuff and fireworks!

No it's in the public servers now, they did it last year in march before I joined the test servers so yeah. They're probably starting it early or something.

It's not early. Mardi Gras started today. Because Easter dates change every year, so does Mardi Gras.

Oh now I see why there are fireworks.
 

I noticed the fireworks and now I see why they are there. I just joined today and I love the game so far.

well it was several days last year but now it's probably going to go on for two weeks, because Mardi Gras starts this coming up week.

Mardi Gras has already started, and will end on Wednesday the 17th. Expect the fireworks to end then, ,too.
