Invasion Guide

Invasions Guide

This guide is to show what enemies appear in what rounds, and how many rounds there are. It also shows how much damage each enemy, as well as Jolly Roger, will do, and how many enemies will probably appear on your server.

First, here are the things to note:
  • You will find no enemy has a level. Jolly Roger, however, DOES have a level, which is Lv??
  • The newest enemy to the battle is the Powder Keg Runner, which is extremely powerful.
  • The level of difficulty these Invasions have will depend on how many Players are on the server.
  • There are no enemies that use Daggers except the Undead Captains, which use the Cutlass and Daggers. There also aren't any Grenadiers.
  • Do not try to lower Jolly Roger's Voodoo Level. He will continue to use his Voodoo powers, regardless of how much Voodoo he has left.

Round/Wave 1

Enemies:
Undead Pirate
Undead Witchdoctor

Difficulty Level:
If you are on a quiet server ( meaning you are alone or with a few friends ), Undead Pirates/Witchdoctors will do minor damage, and will die quickly.

If you are on a server with a slightly higher population ( 20 People around the area ), these enemies will take a bit longer to kill. They don't do any more damage than with just a few players.

If you are on a server such as Abasa ( 50+ Players ), these enemies will take some time to kill, and do slightly more damage.

Round/Wave 2

Enemies:
Undead Pirate
Undead Witchdoctor

New Enemies:
Undead Brute
Powder Keg Runner

Difficulty Level:
If you are on a quiet server ( meaning you are alone or with a few friends ), the factors will go the same for the Undead Pirates/Witchdoctors. Undead Brutes do slightly more damage. Powder Keg Runners are the newest edition of undead. These will instantly explode when defeated. Any Player in the blast radius will get damaged. Other than this, they will not do damage.

If you are on a server with a slightly higher population ( 20 People around the area ), you will see that Powder Keg Runners will do more damage when they die.

If you are on a server such as Abassa ( 50+ Players ), Powder Keg Runners will completely defeat anyone in the blast radius. Anyone from Lv1-50 will be defeated in one shot. Undead Brutes will do slightly more damage.

Round/Wave 3

Enemies:
Undead Pirate
Undead Witchdoctor
Undead Brute
Powder Keg Runner ( I do not have proof, as I have not seen them appear in this round - they seem to stop here for now. Does anyone have proof if they appear in this round? )

New Enemies:
French Undead Quarter Master
French Undead Maitres
Sp. Undead Conquistador
Sp. Undead Bandido

Difficulty Level
Nothing has changed so far. The Spanish/French enemies WILL do more damage the more Players there are. They will be the most annoying target at this point. Also be aware that these guys will do more damage than the first few Undead - excluding the Powder Keg Runner.

Round/Wave 4

Enemies:
Undead Pirate
Undead Witchdoctor
Undead Brute
Powder Keg Runner ( I can say that I've seen these guys appear this round, but still am not sure if they appear in the round before this one )
French Undead Quarter Master
French Undead Maitres
Sp. Undead Conquistador
Sp. Undead Bandido

New Enemies:
French Undead Lieutenant
Undead Gypsy (?)

Difficulty Level
The new enemies will do more damage depending on how many Players are present. These guys will be the most annoying target at this point. They are pretty powerful if in a server such as Abassa. Other than that, they are like regulars of those enemies.

Round/Wave 5

Enemies:
All of the above.

New Enemies:
Sp. Undead Pirata
Undead Duelist

Difficulty Level:
Undead Duelists aren't annoying, really, but they can be difficult to kill. When doing it alone or with a friend, this round will have quite a crowd ( It and most others ). If you have Flaming Skull or Siege Charge, now's the time to use them.

Round/Wave 6

Enemies:
All of the above

New Enemies:
French Undead Capitaine
Sp. Undead Capitan
Undead Executioner

Difficulty Level:
The Undead Executioner will be pretty powerful, on a quiet server or not. This is a major threat. They also take quite some time to kill. These will be the most annoying enemy so far.
For some reason, the Invasions seem to end with Jolly Roger appearing at this point - meaning the Undead Captains do not exist anymore. This is the one flaw I've noticed. Well, at least we have the Powder Keg Runners :D

Round/Wave 7

Enemies:
All of the above.

New Enemies:
Undead Captain ( THE Undead Captain ( Sword/Dagger )
Corrupt Stump

Difficulty Level:
At this point, the Undead Captain is by far the most difficult enemy, because it uses the Dagger, as well as the Cutlass. They do a ton of damage, and take forever to kill. The Corrupt Stumps aren't much of a problem, but take a bit to kill. Overall, the Undead Captain is what you have to worry about at this point.

Final Battle - Jolly Roger

Jolly Roger:

Level:
Lv??

Health:
??/??

Attacks:
Dark Thunderbolt ( Similar to the cannon Thunderbolt ammo )
Corruption ( Similar to the Staff attack Wither )
Soul Storm ( Similar to the Staff attack Desolation )
Grave Bind ( Similar to the Voodoo Doll move Grave Shackles )

Difficulty:
Jolly Roger is a very powerful enemy. In Abassa, 1-2 Thunderbolts will destroy you, and a serving of Soul Storm will completely crush you. In a server where it is just you and a friend, Jolly Roger will slowly take you down with Thunderbolt. If you have a powerful Siege Charge, this is the weapon of choice. Stand near Ensigm Grimm, and chuck ( Norris ) away those Siege Charges at Jolly Roger, stopping every now and then to ask Grimm for a bit of healing. When he goes to far for you to aim properly, run as fast as you can to the Mansion, heal there ( as you will probably already have been struck by lightning by now ), and continue throwing Siege Charges. Note that Jolly Roger's Soul Storm is stilla threat, as it still does quite a lot of damage to you.

Again, Powder Keg Runners do not completely kill you if you are on a quiet server, but they can still be a threat.
I will edit this thread to see when the enemies appear.
Good luck!

Very nice, but in the invasions I've been to that haven't been glitched have gone all the way to wave 7. In fact just last night we fought the corrupt stumps and undead captains. Also, even on a quiet server, at Darby's beach a keg runner can take out anyone from the wall to the water. Just a gauge for distance for those who haven't seen it.

Great, very helpful. Thanks!!

btw, Jolly's grave shackle thingy is called Grave Bind.

Have you been in the recent Invasions, such as those in the past few days? The ones I've been in ( Such as the one I participated in yesterday ) usually end with Jolly Roger appearing at the end of Wave 6 rather than Wave 7, and I haven't seen Corrupt Stumps or Undead Captains appear. :bookishfj7:

I haven't been taken out fully by Powder Keg Runners on the quiet server I was on. It was just me and Delmaria Darkskull. I was down to half my health when I was close to the Keg Runner's death range.

Speaking of Invasions, there hasn't been one today ( Not that I know of ).

Yes CT the invasions I was referring to were on the same day I wrote the post. It seems that these things vary server to server. What you see on one may not be true of others.

The guide has been updated. It now properly shows which enemy appears in which Wave.

Edit: No enemies were harmed in the making of this guide.

POwder Kegs appear in all rounds, 1-Jolly Roger.

YES, Round 1 too. But there hard to find. And Jolly Roger, if he saids "THIS WILL BE THE PIRATES' FUNERANAL FIRE" 5-6 of them arrive in a line.

Actually, he says that when the target place is about to be destroyed ( I.E. The Mansion, Town, etc. ).

When I drained his voodoo he didn't use any attacks. Maybe he only does it on Crowded servers so he can't just sit there and get whaled on by 50 people?
