I have a question:
For basic members the max level for weapons it's only 7?Cause i gaine the cutlass and the pistol level 7 and i don't gain notoriety at weapons .It remain blocked.:piratewheelgo2:

Yes basic members can Only lvl their weapons to 7. They also can do maybe a hand full of small quests before they can no longer do any and no longer gain any rep.

My friend used to be basic, and his weapons couldnt pass lvl 7. When I gave him an unlimited access card, he couldnt keep any of his unlimited clothing... I noticed some basic players have store bought items that were never in the tutorial, must be a glitch.

As the others have said, yes, that is the highest level for all available weapons. It is to encourage the player to purchase unlimited access to continue leveling.

Sometimes when a player goes from unlimited to basic, they keep the clothes that they were wearing at the time. But, the tutorial clothes also change a lot. When I first started, a lot of clothes were available to basics, then as time went on, they eventually started removing clothes available for the player.

Just as Sven says. I have several pirates with clothing that is now only available in shops but at the time was available in create a pirate. But that's just another of the ocean of things you can't do as D attempts to drag us all into paying. (Not exactly fighting it here myself. :D)

Clothes aren't really a big issue for me since my pirate couldn't possibly look any better than he does now. And I also plan on being the Last Basic Access member.

Do wut I do........ get unlimited acess every now and then level up a good amount and always level to 12 overall noteriety before you get unlimited. I'm at lvel 20 now. I've had unlimited acess two times, and I leveled to 12 before I got either of those unlimited acess chances. If you all didnt notice Im still basic haha
