Is the following information still accurate?

I tried to use the link http://pofguild.piratesonlineforums.com/ as instructed and it does not work, I also sent a PM yesterday but have not received a reply yet.

Perhaps someone in the know can clarify this for me.

OK, 50 views so far, 5 days have passed and not a peep from anyone here... kinda thought an admin, mod or such may have pitched in since the PM that I sent as instructed in the link above did not get a reply...

That is for hosting only, not site creation. If you've PMed Nick, he'll get back to you when he's able. He's been quite busy with work and real life lately. So not sure when he'll be able to reply.
