Where can I find James Pidgeley?

Fort Charles is on the hill at Port Royal. With your back to the ocean, go to the left and over the bridge, then up the big grassy hill. From there you'll see it.

Here's a hint. Try not to go into the Fort alone. Those Navy guys will kill you to pieces.

LOL I went in there and a group of people just started attacking them while I took my time searching.

You can find rock crabs on Isla Canjeros. I think they are high level though.

there are some pretty low level rock crabs on driftwood.

Yes, I can't find him, I've checked Port Royal many many times.

You need to do the quest to find out who Pidgley is :) What is your task that you need to do?
