More and More being taken away from Basic Members

Today I was exploring PDF's back beach. I would turn my pop-up map on and off.Then about the 5th time I tried to turn it on the game gave me a pop-up saying that the map was only for members.

Really? I will have to check,could it be a glitch by any chance?If its not then D is getting a little nervig...but imma let this research finish. :D
