What are Navy Flag Ships? What do they look like?

They look just like any other Navy Ship, except with a flag icon over it. You cannot sink these ships once their health has gone down, you must board it instead and begin a swordfight with anyone who is roaming that ship. The game will tell you to shoot grappling hooks to board it.

You dont HAVE to engage in a swordfight, you can also pick them off with your cannon or pistol from a nice safe distance once you've used your grappling hook and brought them near. ;)

I thought you must stick to the code when it comes to shooting other humans lol.

Its always a good idea to blast the crew with cannons,buckshot if available but the crew do respawn if you take too long over it :plunder:
