Call of the Kraken game download e-mail?
 

I did not recieve an e-mail witht he download for the Call of the Kraken game(The new game where you play as the karaken). They said they sent an e-mail to everyone with the download but I did not recieve it. If anyone would happen to have the download, or anything, please post it below, or pm it to me. That would be greatly appreciated!

The game is only available for paying members and the redem code is only for one person, so if it's been used you can't use it.

Can't be done that way. Each email contained a code that was only good for a single use. If the person has used it, then you can't.

Now, if there is someone who hasn't used theirs, and doesn't plan to, then maybe they could send you the link and their code.

oh okay i see. i sent a message to the customer service about not getting the e-mails. thanks anyway.

Yeah I decided to get on during school and see how everyones doing. I had stopped playing the game for a bit, but when I was still playing I had the code and the download, but I was suspended once I redeemed the code I dont know why either. I just decided to let it go it asnt a big deal to me. Well, Im coming back to the game in a month or two. So I might cya on there then.

Yes Skirata, but in case she IS a paying customer and didn't receive it, i think they will give her a code anyways :) If she isn't, then i guess there is nothing to do! You can always buy the Kraken Game too, i think?

Well, I still haven't gotten MY code, and I'm still a paying member - never getting suspended or banned. Disney could still possibly be sending the codes, but I don't know...

I will add this as I believe it to be correct. Big D doesnt look at paying with a game card the same as a subscription. I paid by game card for about 1 1/2 years and never got the crew pack. When I used a cc and paid for 6 months because game cards where hard to find they sent one. This may be the case with the Kraken game. Even though you pay, and in most cases more, they dont treat you the same.

i wish they had a vista version. :(
