Error in getting unlimited access

Whenever I try to purchase unlimited access I keep getting an error after the billing process. At the stage of the transaction it goes back to the Potco site with this error message:

I would try calling them or maybe getting a game card. I think game cards are a great solution to those technical errors and monthly renewals.

i agree with kermit.Do that

Well I do live in Australia so that might be why, except that I have done this before many times in the past.

Edit:

Everything is fine. I used the gift function to gift a code to myself :). Thanks the help anyways.

Forgive me for double posting, but apparently an hour after that it got canceled for no reason. This could either be a bug or more likely because your not allowed to gift yourself or something :\

Any ideas?

Hmm. I would definitely try calling them then. Their number can be found on the website. That is strange though.

D seems to have issues with international users becoming unlimited. Wouldn't doubt that's your problem right there. As to why D doesn't like international, my guess would be the currency exchange rates. Ya might just have to go with game cards mate.

They don't sell game card in Australia. So is there any other way of getting unlimited access? I was thinking that since I gifted the subscription to myself it got canceled or because I'm in Australia so maybe someone from America would gift a subscription successfully.
Or someone in America buys a game card and gives me the code.

Hi, i had that happened to myself early December. Just wondering, did u tried to pay using PayPal?

I tried to pay for my subscription using PayPal and got the same error that you showed above. Tried gifting myself with a subscription too and it was cancelled. Called up PayPal, they said no transaction has been made between Disney and Me so i wasnt charged.

But in the end I bought my subscription using credit card and there's no problem since. Hope that helps!

Yes I used PayPal for the link on the Disney site and got that error. Could you perhaps explain how you got your subscription in detail with the credit card?
That helps a lot.

By the way are you Australian?

After you selected your subscription, they will bring you to the payment page. From the drop-down arrow of payment type, there will be the credit card option available such as Visa and Mastercard so just choose accordingly. hope that helps lol.

Sounds to me like the big D is having issues with the PayPal method of payment. They either need to get rid of that option or let us know there is a problem. But of course they are behind on that, lol.

So if someone from America used PayPal to subscribe, would it work? Because if it doesn't then when they fix it I could probably use it also with trouble like last time.

swordshot 01-03-2010 01:59 AM

yes it would.. it works for me

Hentek 01-03-2010 10:03 AM

Hm, so I guess the only way at the moment is to get someone to log onto my account from America and buy it for me. Thats probably the last thing I can do unless it suddenly works. Thanks for the help anyway guys.
