The Pirates Online Crew wishes you the happiest of holidays - and to help lift your spirits, the entire Caribbean has been decked out with jolly decorations like wreathes, holly, stockings (hung with care, of course!) and new this year - Sandmen - the islanders version of a snowman.


We've also added a seasonal emote to the game to help you celebrate through the holidays... just type /noisemaker into Chat - from December 17 and through the New Year you'll be ready to make merry! Enjoy the cooler temperatures, make some noise or grab a photo by some of the decoration spots - enjoy the festivities! Most of all, we wish you the very best Holiday Season ever!

Well, I guess you could say them adding more decorations is a sign that POTCO is coming along. Toontown added in holiday lights, I believe, a year or two after it was released.

I'm glad the developers are sticking to the pirate theme. No colored lights... because that would be way too futuristic. Sandmen... that's actually a good idea.

It's cheesy, that I will admit. But, it shows progress on the dev's part. They added in a lot more stuff this year, then the few colored ribbons.

check out the ones on Rumrunners, they're pretty funny :)

I like it - it's fun to go into the taverns and places and see a little holiday cheer. There are also some new NPCs around wishing everyone holiday cheer. Several of the standard NPCs have new dialogue as well.

There were some ribbons floating in the air off the docks at cuba though. lol

Noisemakers are funny too.
