Graphic Trouble on Test...
 

I was playing the other day and got the Big Boot, saw the "Down for Maintenance" circle thing and logged on later that day. What a mess...

My graphics start out looking like I went back in time to 1993. Wolfenstein level stuff. Grainy, jagged, poor lighting, etc. I have to hit F7, then click on Restore and wait for the thing to reset.

In the game, no matter WHAT I do, everything is short, fat and dumpy. Circles are squished and squashed and the lag. OH the lag. Tried to go into the Lava Gorge on Padres. Ran through, got up and went into the kitchen, made a sandwich, got a cola, came back and still had time to wait...No exaggeration. Promise.

Reported it of course. Haven't heard back though. :degen:

Running a Dual Core AMD, Windows Vista Home Premium, 2 GB Ram, Nvidia GPU and 10 MB/S cable internet. Why am I lagging like this? Tried Open GL, DX 8 and DX 9 and every combination in between.

If it were just me I wouldn't be complaining. But literally an HOUR before I re-logged, everything was fine. No problems at all. Circles were circular and all was right with the world. :sadmh9:

Nope. I know this because I use my computer for more than just POTCO. That and it was OK BEFORE the update and a half hour AFTER the update? Junk.
