And how much of a threat do you think Star Trek Online will pose?

I think the new content is drawing people's interest back in. As for Star Trek, I don't think it will be a huge threat. With the people I know in RL, POTC and Star Trek cater to a different audience. I know that if I liked both, I would play one one month and the other the next month.

What new content is this?
