Skill points in Staff?
 

Not sure if there is already a thread about this, but what are the best skills in the staff? I have a lot of skill points that I have not used, and I want to do something with them. So what do you think I should put them in?

4 points in soul flay, 1 point in pestilence, max out wither, max out flaming skull, 1 point in banish, 1 point in desolation, 1 point in spirit mastery, 3 points in the passive that gives you a reduction on the amount of voodoo used, and the last one you can decide for your self.

How you spend skill points in any weapon really depends on how you want to use that weapon. (set it up for quick kills, big rep...ect) The above guide explains how the skills work, giving you a better idea where to put the points.

Yes, look over the guide in Sarah's post above. It all depends on where your staff is and what you will do with it.

Mine is Mastered and I don't PVP so I have mine set up with a focus on Invasions:

Flame Skull 5
Wither 5
Spirit Mastery 5
Spirit Lore 5
Consentration 4
Conservation 2
All others have 1 dot

I maxed Flame and all of the bottom ones. The rest I think I just have one point.
