Naming ships
 

I was wondering if people try for a theme in naming their ships or if they just pick a random name and go with it.

Me: I pick. When I played before the update my war fleet were all Dragon. Red/Blue/Black.

This time around I've got a War Sloop and called it the Crimson Enchantress since my character is female. Once I get the $$ for the next 2 I'll probably follow this theme of XYZ Enchantress.

What do you do to name your ships?

I name them with a theme too, Some are all Crimson, others are a form of black.

Jack Aubrey sails in The Sea Mongrel, a fitting name for an old salted dog. My dream Names would be either HMS Surprise, or HMS Sophie.

My theme is: All Cobras. Shadow Cobra, Riptide Cobra, and Dark Cobra.

I used to have all my ships on any pirate as Dark-Water Titan but now am changing over Pollys to Dark-Water Maelstrom.

Mine are all something phoenix. Golden Phoenix, Savage Phoenix, Riptide Phoenix.
