Ham is given out at the founders feast on the beach of tortuga and should reappear before Thanksgiving.

I think that that used to be one of the tonics, but I'm not sure.

Just to summarize and add extra info that hasn't been made clear, the ham, roast, pork roast, etc. can be found on the rotisserie spit at the Founder's Feast on Tortuga (and if I remember correctly, around the same time the holiday decorations appear).

The rotisserie spit is located near the bonfire, however you cannot collect any roast from the spit until the bonfire is lit by a Host GM. Once this has been done you can take a stack of 10 from it as many times as you want as long as the bonfire - and in turn the campfire cooking the roast - is lit. (You can only hold a single stack of 10 at a time.) Each roast will indeed heal for 2,000 HP, so they're quite the useful thing to keep on hand.

No, it was just an event made to "celebrate" the founders. Being a founder however had no effect on the event, so it was pretty much to get free tonics.. lol

No, the Founder's Feast is for all pirates in the Caribbean. In the past game Founders have been asked to be there as unofficial hosts alongside the GMs. It is something like POTCO's version of Thanksgiving in which all pirates are invited to participate.
