Who the heck is Amo Dorsi? I dont know myself, and i dont remember ever hearing the name mentioned ingame. But from what i know, he's the one that made Jolly Roger all skeletelly before he died by the hands of Jolly Roger himself. Im sure you've heard talk of an unnamed witchdoctor, right? Amo Dorsi is this unnamed witchdoctor. I read about him here.

Amo is the voodoo witchdoc who conspired with JR to help him in the poker match against Jack Sparrow. JR lost, so he killed Amo and a curse was placed on him and thats why he's undead
