Should Invasion enemies count?
 

Checked Disney DX this morning. My increase in Notoriety showed, but all the enemies defeated on the invasion were not added to daily count. I don't think I was checking before the leaderboards were updated because I did see the few that I had defeated outside the invasion. My question to y'all is this:

Do you think that enemies defeated during an invasion should count for the leaderboards?

Especially since they are tougher to defeat than the normal enemies except maybe the Menta crowd. Just a thought that entered me rum-filled head and was wondering what the rest of you pirates think.... :thsmilemh2:

They should count, beings how they would count anywhere else in the game.

The enemies in the invasion are enemies, and therefore, should count. Thats that.

I am agreeing with all of ya. If defeated enemies can be calculated at the end of the invasion for each pirate, then why not add them to leaderboards? It doesn't seem like rocket science to me...

Maybe it's just a bug? Maybe not, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility.

I'm guessing because its a special event, and that the enemies do not have levels and are not regular enemies, they don't count towards the everyday leaderboards.

I think they should count! They are enemies, and Disney does tell you at the end of the invasion, how many you defeated.


Now, Lizzy, Tell me how you checked DxD today?? I had GREAT days for Enemies both Friday and Saturday, and DxD is telling me that I didn't defefat a single one! Not only me, but all of DW guild has had NO ENEMIES COUNT since Friday when they put out the update. Jail isn't keeping track either!

Ships, Black Jack, Poker and Weapons and Notoriety are all updating, but not enemies or jail. Seems that the only 2 items that are effected by the invasion update aren't working anymore.

I stand corrected, Basil. Just checked again & you are right. I could have sworn when I checked this morning, I had a few enemies defeated. idk...maybe I hadn't had my morning coffee or rum, yet...
Either way..why aren't they calculated??????

Personal opinion:

The update screwed up the way they count enemies defeated. The only 2 stats that DxD isn't tracking right now is enemies and jail, and they are the only two stats that are effected by the invasions.

I have reported it twice, and will continue to. It really stinks since DW is in the middle of a 2 week contest. I know I had over 4K enemies on Friday, and another 2K or so on Saturday, and didn't get credit for any of them, and never will now. Friday was my best day in over a year, and Nada for credit.

Remember the guild competition? Didn't They wait til it was over to give totals of defeated enemies? Maybe this will be similar? idk..just thnking on it. But that doesn't make up for enemies defeated outside the invasion. So....It's a lose lose proposition in that aspect, I guess.....

Enemies are enemies. Even if they don't show the level, the health varys. Which, shows what level it is. But defeating enemies is supposed to be a challenge, going from every island. Although you do have to work pretty hard in the invasions.
