Basic Access
 

Can someone give me all the basic access information I know it's changed now. The reason I'm asking this question is because at the end of this month I'll have basic access cause right now I don't have the money to pay for the game. So if anyone can give me what Basic Access gives you please tell me.

-Limited clothing.... (Starting)
-No dagger, grenades, staff
-Less quests
-Can not make a guild
-Less ship choices
-Less skills

~If you have Test Server access, you loose it after your Unlimited Access is up.
~You loose any Unlimited Access only weapons/gear.
~Your ability to level up practically vanishes.

To be honest, I just got mine. But I know that much for sure.
The first one, debatably, was mentioned on the official POTCO site, unless I misread it...

Not quite true. I have a test server account, and I was unlimited until today. Now, I still have my account, but I have basic access until I decide to re-subscribe

If you had weapons like dagger, grenade and staff, you can't use them. Most skills, such as life drain and 'throw dirt' are locked. So are any non-light ships (frigate, war frigate, etc).

If you have four pirates, you can play on all four, unless you delete one. Then you only have access to three, and cannot remake any.

Well basically you lose all the unlimited stuff you have gathered, like weapons (you keep the
cutlass, pistol and doll), all ships above the Light class, clothes (you'll wear starting clothes),
tattoos, jewelery and hairstyle (not sure about this though). Basic Access can now play on
fullscreen, and Jolly Roger will be available for them too, as well as the 3D.. Also your skills
can't be upgraded above rank two (two skill points per skill) and your Weapon Levels won't
go over 7. All above that will just be locked. Also, you can't make your own guild. You can't
finish the Black Pearl quest or join the Boss Battle, but I don't know about pvp or svs, don't
really do those. I remember a time when Basic Access wasn't allowed to go to Kingshead, I'm
not sure if they took that off too. And I guess that's about it! :skull:
