Where is Luther?
 

Having problems sinking the right ship to find Luther. Anyone find him yet?


Also can't find Jehan Carrou q:

I'm assuming it's like other quests... ie Jehan Carrou...
You have to sink a FLAG ship then fight the crew on board.
Best take your own crew.

Yeah, still looking for luther. Been sinking a few ships, both flag ships and regular ships and not finding him. But don't see anyone reporting that it is bugged, so I'll keep sinking ships. Helps improve my sailing skills anyway. :D

Do you actually have to board?

I haven't had to board to capture the other guys.

I have been having issues with not being able to find Luther as well. I think it could be a bug, I know there were a few issues with it during the first beta. I was getting frustrated so I'm giving up for right now.

I sunk and boarded a few ships last night working on this and another quest. No hits on either. Quest did not even say Luther not found.
Starting to agree that there is a good chance it is bugged.
Which of course is not a good thing. Buggiest danged Beta I've ever been in.

Just keep killing ships.
I eventually got him.
No need to board a ship for him.

Even more bugged that the Toontown beta?

Yay I finally got Luther somehow. I was fighting at Fort Charles and my quest updated saying I captured Luther. lol I guess I kinda cheat because I take my sloop out and hit a few ships and then go back to shore. What a pirate I am! rotfl

I got Luther somehow. I went on with my other quest and then had an entry in my journal to go back to elizabeth, i thought maybe they fixed it and i would have to start over but then she was like thats all he had to say? and that was that. It may not say you have luther, be patient and it'll go through.

Also sunk a ship. Never told I captured Luther. however, when I went to Port Charles, finished fighting a soldier, then my quest updated that I captured Luther.
