In one of the last newsletters I recieved it showed a new cutlass that was coming out... The solid gold cutlass. I have asked several people if they know when it is coming out or if it is going to be a quest that you have to do to get it.... That would be cool... questing is fun and when you are done with them all any new ones are always welcome....
So if anyone knows anything about it let me know, thanks and have a good one

There hasn't been anything announced by Disney officially, but knowing how they like anniversaries so much, my GUESS is that we are going to see a new weapons quest on talk like a pirate day (sept 18? 19?) and a new story line on the two year anniversary of POTCO's open release (Oct 31st). Or darn close to those dates....nothing new on test yet..so we shall see.

Aye Sarah its now the 26th of September i hope its a big update filled with maybe kraken in that said story quest if not then i will have to wait more i guess :/

Well talk like a Pirate Day has come and gone.....me thinks, we have to continue to wait.

When is the annerviersity?

Though I do expect an update shortly, I don't expect the kraken - they have been too focused on the Mentos Guild (hence which many know by now is related to Jolly Roger somehow).

I would think they would have something for Oct 31st... but the trick is test. Will they release the story out to test showing "exposure" of it? Hard to say... it may just show up?!? :)

In the newsletters back at the beginning of the year they also said that the new inventory system would be out by the end of summer, and that the Kraken would be out b4 the end of the year but when designing for a game like this a variety of little unexpected things can and will delay the best made intentions.

the new inventory system i think will come by the end of the year, and this is the information i got from a GM in the grog blog. The way the updates be taking long sounds like it will be postponed to next year's end.

anyway hopefully they will release the new story and quests related to it by the anniversary, but with the invasion's release on live being delayed, it seems to be a far off dream
