No, not everyone on this site has a beta key. According to POTCO staff in an e-mail I recieved after I asked when people could expect to get them:

When you sign up to be a beta tester, you are put on a list and must wait to be approved. We only approve new beta testers as needed, so please be patient.

I know I do for sure. :)
