Unlimited Membership Reverted
 
Hi all,
I've just joined this site, it looks pretty amazing, and I've also just started playing POTCO. I'd been doing well and bought Unlimited membership and then I logged out for a few hours. Once I get back, my unlimited membership has reverted back to basic...Can anyone help? I've tried re-logging, re-installing and I've sent a query to Disney, no proper response in about 9 hours though. I really can't think of any other way to fix this.

I know a girl who is in a glitch, she lost her membership months ago but her account is still unlimited lol lucky girl.

All I could add, would be that you might try calling their support.
Phone: 877-427-7744

They may be able to straighten it out, or at least assure you your setup, and they are having problems on their end.

Well, I tried calling that last night and just tried then, I get the voice message saying "This number is not connected"...So not sure what's happening

Its because its the weekend - here are the support hours (Pacific Time)
1-877-427-7744
Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm (PST)
Sat: 6am - 4pm (PST)
Sun: 10am - 6pm (PST)

EDIT: Of course it's only 6:30 on a Sunday there, while 9:30 at night here >.<. Guess I might be able to get them after school tomorrow.

Mmk, I've gotten a few e-mails asking about details of my account. I'd just like to ask, will I get a confirmation e-mail that they've fixed the problem? Or will I have to check to find out?

EDIT: Man, this sucks. Other people have apparently managed to get theirs fixed, while mine remains still basic access...Ahh well.

I suggest you call in. It's much faster and more efficient, because they seem to actually know what they are doing. And I would suspect you would get a confirmation IF you have done the whole process through email, just a quick "Thank you, your account is now unlimited," blah blah blah. If you go through phone you will have to check it.

same problem happen to me before, it caused by disney only accept payment from US and Canada.. and I indonesian ppl,..
They must change it because this game is International games,..

Suggestion. Can you get someone in your guild to buy you game cards, or possibly pay for your account, and then you repay them. (Maybe via PayPal.) We have done similar for a few members of our own guild who live in Europe or Australia.
