How do I get in?
 

Hi I'm Hoosier8347. I have a question I signed up for test access (I dont know if I'm in yet). And I downloaded the link to the test servers. I used my username and password but it keeps dening me. Is it because I might not be aceptted in to the test servers or am I not typing in my password correctly. (But I'm pretty sure I did).

In order to join test you don't sign up for it, they send you an invite. Unless you get that invite, you won't be able to log in to test because it will not verify your account.

But i promise I clicked on test server access and It said type in your username and password and you might get test server access

As far as I know, there isn't a place to sign up for test officially (without contacting Disney) at the moment. Disney sends an email, and that is what activates your test account (they had it open to everyone at one time, but that has since been stopped).

You could also be in test, just experiencing the problem many have, it not verifying the account. The only two things that I can think of are, you haven't had your test account activated, or your account is temporarily not working.

Then you are not necessarily 'signed up for test'. All this does is put you on a list where they will check your account, and possibly grant you test server access. As Sven said, it's not until you get an email saying you have it that you will actually be able to log in. And as far as they know they haven't sent out a new wave of test invites, don't quote me on that though.

Or as Sven said, it could be you are experiencing technical difficulties. Do you use a Mac? And have you ever accessed the test server before this?

Last time I remember I logged on to my open account and it worked so my account not working is out of the question

Your open and test account aren't exactly the same. What I mean is, the open one might work fine, but your test one may have trouble verifying.

Yes two entirely different systems. Your test account should be the same info as your open login, but they are not handled by the same systems.

You can sign up for test, per the link shared in a prior post, that puts you in the pool of players that they review first for test access when they are ready to invite more testers.

Are you using a Mac?
If so, most of us Mac users are Jipped right now!

When they held the open test thingy i got to keep my test account idk if it was a bug but hey i am still on it.

No bug there :) The open Test Invite they held at that time was just that - an open invite :D

The test at that time was very low on players - and D needed a quick injection of testers. Once they got the quota filled again they did keep the option to join open on their site - with now the need to sign up and await confirmation before getting a test account.

Since some of those players have returned since the L50 announcement - I doubt they will hold an open invite like that again for some time, so all one can do is sign up on their site and hope to get that e-mail saying your in :)
