Can't log in on Open

I have two accounts and both are saying "There is a problem verifying your account ID"

I called their customer support, tried all their suggestions, and nothing worked. The THIRD time I called them, they said there is a problem and that they do not know when it will be fixed.

Anyone else getting this message?

I was on test, but its fine now. I logged in, wouldn't work. Kept trying over and over again.. finally restarted computer and got it.

cannot log on
