Need help

Hi,
i need to find Ship papers for this quest:

I have searched all tortuga but didnt find anything. Where are the papers?

In another thread, the following was posted:

I found the list in the building around the corner from Doc's. I searched the desk didnt find anything, then fought the guy in there and searched the desk again and found the list.

It's around the corner from Doc's office. If you're standing in front of Docs door, go left, and it'll be on your right
