Problem unsubcribing
 

I am currently having problems unsubsribing after forgetting my username/pass
The 800 number acts like it does not exist

(cant retrieve password email operator has shut down)

I would call customer service.
However if you are not in the US there might be problems using the phone.

Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm (PST)
Sat: 6am - 4pm (PST)
Sun: 10am - 6pm (PST) <--- if you called around the time you posted, you were about 9 1/2 hours early which might have been what was up with the phone option, I dont know.
