Chatting: A problem...

The PoTCO update thingy said Open Chat was now available, but whenever I open chat my game disconnects and then closes... It then opens the bug report screen. How come this is happening? Is it happening to anyone else?

I've been able to chat with no problem. Is there some kind of parental controls that's turned on?
