Since there were never any results posted on the Disney Sea Shanty Contest, i propose this thread be submitted to give mates a chance to share some of their work! Who knows, if we get enough songs, we can make an event out of it and have a sing along tavern night!

I'll get the ball rolling with the song i submitted for the contest.

Buccaneer’s Bay

All ye hands be Hauling your wind
Pay heed to the squall,
There’s a Storm coming in.
Heave ho, we go too and fro,
Secure all the bounty
In the bilges below.
Fasten the lines!
YO HO! We go!
Batten the hatches,
The broadsides we’ll show!
We pillage for booty
And plunder all day…
Then turn on our sails for Buccaneer’s Bay!

While sailing the Storm, a cannon is heard
Far off our starboard
Me mates were disturbed
Splish, splash, splintering mast
Chain shot on sails
From forward to aft
All to arms!
We Go! MAKE READY!
Fire the cannons
Aim true and shoot steady
We pillage for booty
And plunder all day…
