War Fleet Complete!
 

Well I once had it done before, but I accidently sold me war galleon before (Was trying to sell my war sloop for some more money, I had enough money to buy a new war galleon at the time)

Well anyway, heres how I got my war fleet back:

Started off by sailing and gaining some money, then I had enough money to go to Fort Dundee and get the 40k by fighting.

Finally got there:

Then I run to the shipwright, and purcahse the ship:

And I did that once. My little pirate had just finished his first trip in his brand new frigate. Went for repairs and hit the Sell button by mistake, didn't even look, and POOF, no more frigate, and my gold was at 2,500 plus the measely 62 that I had just earned. Took me a week of enemies to get back to the 5K level to buy my ship back. LOL.
