what if someone i knew forgot to write down their beta key from the first phase?? how would this person get that info or possibly contact disney about retrieving such info??

The code is no good. It expired in a week from when it was first handed out.

i'm talking about the login info lol my bad, mine works but my brothers is the account he didn't right down his login info, i know the email but i didn't see anywhere on the site a button to retrieve account info?

If you click on the Manage Account button on the log in screen, it'll take you to a screen where you can click on 'forgot account id'.
