Crabs
 

Hey,
I'm trying to find sand crabs to give for the tatoo to get crew members. Has anyone found them on tortuga? Do you just have to wait for awhile for one to spawn or are they somewhere else? In the last beta phase this was the easiest part of this quest but now I can't find one.

Go to Devils Anvl (where you get your pistol). There you can find all crabs and scorpions.:dancetl6:

i took a little sail over to driftwood island (there are some crabs there (sand, rock and Giant). just make sure you dont attack ginat crabs if you are only strong enough to defeat the sand crabs

Thanks for your help, I got that part of the quest done. Now I just gotta go sink a bunch of ships.

Hey jmej06, was this quest you did, from Lucille? I got the quest to kill 2 crabs and now I don't remember where the person is I got it from.

And the silly light from heaven pointing me to Devil's Anvil. Sheesh

no, I'm sorry, the quest I had was kill 3 sand crabs for part of the tatoo quest for the lady on Tortuga. Sorry I could not be of more help. Don't you just LOVE that beacon of light that doesn't send you in the right direction at all times? lol.

Yeah, I was hoping they did great work on it, and that I could trust it at all times...but nooo. Now I have to remember where I get each quests from now. :(
