evening ladies and gents,

can anyone be so kind to tell me where pirates are gettin the new pirate flag tattoo on their forearms/wrist area. i've been lookin in all the parlors but have no luck...a lil guidance would be much appreciated

Unless pirates just took out them out I believe they are still there.

They used to be on upper arms but then when new islands came they changed to lower.

It is still available for purchase.

well i asked a guy with them on his arms forearms and he said it was a quest from port royal.

but i've done the tattoo quest on port royal with no luck....

but i'll keep searching, thanx

You can get them on any tattoo store.
Look through each page with the arrows on the bottom.
