Avast Rogues!
As different problems have arisen over the past and guild contorversies and what not, I feel the need to hold a guild meeting to lay down an official set of guild rules to be voted on by rogues for rogues for what we feel fits our current needs. This is what all good goverments do, they put it to a vote.
