anyone else having log in problems?
 

I lost my internet and now pirates will not load - also the link from Disney appears to be broken.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm not really sure how to fix it, but I know at least one person on this forum will be able to help... just a matter of time.


If you lost connection, and haven't restarted or anything since.. that could possibly help. Zep has a good point.

If your internet is not working, then fixing that would be the first step. The game will not load without an internet connection. Might be best to seek assistance with your ISP if that is the case.

I'm guessing that her connection was lost then recovered. Then the problem occurred. Right Kat?

I taught computer science for 10 years, so I know what I'm doing... the problem was not a lack of connection as I was able to go to the disney site, click on play the game, but the link was broken. After about 10 minutes of trying (from the site and from the desktop icon), it finally worked again.
It must have been some temporary problem with the log in servers or something.

Apparently so, just wasnt clear. Being a computer support technician for years, we dont "guess". ;)

My apologies I had no intention of indicating anything negative, your first post was rather unclear as to outcome of your internet.
In reality it probably was an internet problem, that cleared as your internet service provider reestablished all its features, such as the ability to establish a secure connection to an authentication server (ie Potcos authentication server) which it may not have had as soon as the internet came back on. A computer reboot often helps if your internet is up, but your unable to establish a secure connection.
