rss feed issue
 

I subscribe to the site feed for this forum and have been getting porno ads in it. Im not sure that they are showing up on the forum here, just the rss feed.

We have a new user screening process that blocks most of those types of users. Occassionally, one will slip past us. As soon as they post, we dump their post and ban that user. Since I'm an admin on all 5 of Nick's forums, I know what a problem this can be. We can still impliment other security measures, but this also includes moderating all posts by newer users. Something I really didn't wish to impliment quite yet here. If it gets much worse here, we will be implimenting that and other security measures. I just find that most normal users aren't very happy about having their posts moderated when they first join. On the other hand, it has worked successfully for us on Nick's other forums.
