heya!!! my guildmaster hasnt bin on in a while -_- and i might have to leave my guild btw im level 33 close to a level up!!!

Hey this looks like a wonderful start you have, but I would suggest not going through with that officer thing, you need to trust people entirely before you make them officers, or else they will sit around waiting for the guild to grow then boot all the members and leave. It has happened to many guilds, even a couple that I was in and it is a bad decision. For now i would suggest finding a friend or 2 to start the guild with you and make them officer and then just wait.

i agree with shnoodell, dont make the first 15 people that join officers, also, i would set up guild guidelines, rules, that if someone curses they could be on probation or something like that

I also agree with davy, but considering cursing is something disney will suspend for, there should be other things for probation, and in my opinion cursing would be automatic "kick from guild, ask questions later." in my opinion, yes they would be given a second chance to join the guild again after they explain there actions but thats just me.
