We've all seen them... You can see the last picture animated on the Pirates Online UK site's video.

Ive seen that on You Tube but that video has been up for like 6 months so must mean developers are getting close to finishing of the kraken:psmiley27:

Actually its been up for like a year and a half

Didnt say they were new just noticed them for the first time on Disney site!

Not everyone may have seen them, so let's keep it polite. Remember, what seems obvious to you may be new to different people.

The only problem is that the pixel count on those drawings were before they made the "reduced but improved (yea right hehe)" pirates... so his mouth and such I doubt will have that much detail when (if? ;) ) he arrives :D

They need to add in some framerate option so we can go back to the old looks if we have really high end computers. I mean come on! How was making the characters look boxy and messing with our hair color do anything good? I don't mind having some lag as long as the pirate looks good.

Also, the framerate didn't improve when they changed it. If you see the back of your pirate while playing you'll still see those lines going up and down on your pirates' edges.

If they downgrade the Kraken so it's not like the one in the movies then that will stink. No sense in downgrading the game if they could make the framerate an option. If they could some how make that an even higher option for us people with 4GB then that'd be nice. I hate having gold hair when it's supposed to be a dirty blond color.(No, I'm not dirty blond in RL)

A long time after no updates a useful update came along..
Big D finally released the KRAKEN!
WOOOHOOOOO..
We all sail out and on every server its laggy..
To make it even more laggy the sea monster detail is to much and slows all of us even more..
Me and my crew finally make it to the Kraken to fight it..
EXCEPT IT HAS SO MUCH LAG AND DETAIL WE ALL CRASH!!!!!!!!!!!
