Cant register???

I have a friend that is trying to get on pof, but he tells me that he cant, or it says "sorry we are unable to register your account right now":psmiley27:. Either my friend is doing something wrong, or there is something wrong with the site. I need some help! :skull:

Perhaps the problem is he doesnt meet the requirements?

What browser are they using (Internet Explorer/Firefox/Opera/Etc.) ? Have they tried using another browser or tried from another PC? It could be on their end or the server end. Have them clear out all temp files and cache and try again.
