Dueces Wild Wallpaper

Got to playing around again and made up this desktop wallpaper. You're all free to use it. Resolution is 1280x1024. If you have a bigger screen, it blends well setting the desktop background to black. If you have a wide-screen monitor, it still looks good stretched.

Avatar-sized as well!

Awesome Sven! Thanks!

Can we make that an Avi as well? When I say "we" I of course mean "you" ;)

Crop, resize! Haha

Good job, Svenguin. I like-ah what you do with the computations.

Can I set that as a background to my userpage? I of course have no idea how if I can....keep it simple with the explanations please.

swashbuckler II 07-10-2009 01:10 AM

You can but i forgot how i did it with mine, Let me look it over real fast.
eh forgot how

Sven Niscadae 07-10-2009 01:15 AM

Yeah you can. Your white text would probably be not so visible when it goes across the cards though. Otherwise, put this around your text:

Quote:

<div style="width: 100%; background-image: url([url]http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/gallery/data/686/Dueces_Wild_Wallpaper_1280x1024.png);[/url] background-repeat: y-repeat; margin: 0;">

**rest of your userpage goes here**

</div>

Maximvs 07-10-2009 01:22 AM

ummm... I'll try....

You go to UserCP, select UserCP from the menu - then on the Main User Page Menu select Edit User Page

There, you stick in this code:

Code:

<table border=0 background="http://www.piratesonlineforums.com/gallery/data/686/Dueces_Wild_Wallpaper_1280x1024.png" width=100%>
<tr>
<td>

ALL YOUR USERPAGE INFO GOES BELOW THE ABOVE TD TAG AND ABOVE THE TD TAG BELOW

Because of the Size - you may need to add extra lines to get it to expand to the full size of the Graphic, but you can control the content around the Cards and the logo this way

</td>
</tr>
</table>

Hows that?

Edit: Or go with the Userpage Mod's ideas... phtt.... hehe :D

*gags at non-semantic HTML found on user pages*

Sorry, I'm a web design snob. :D Though if you go with Max's code, change that board=0 to border=0.

Maximvs 07-10-2009 01:32 AM

Doh, board... where did I get that? :D hehe

In both cases though - your "content" will need to fill out the size of the graphic to see it all (you can put in blank lines to do this, just by hitting the Enter Key several times).

I just tested both codes - and they both work (once I put in extra blank lines - the graphic fills out really nice)... so its all good ;)
