Cool!! This is going to be helpful when potco opens and everyone wants to be cool and act like a real pirate

Thanks! When POTCO opens up again, prepare to see a whole load of pirates using many words from this list! Oh yeah, and I've just updated the list with a few more words.

Hmm.... this is starting to sound like a thread that should be stickied. I wonder if it should or not... and of course, I don't care if it is or not.

Um, yea, about that website... I think it pushes the limit of this being a PG-rated site. If you are over 13, you should probably know what some of it's example sentences mean. You should remove that link you just posted, as I am not advertising in my thread, nor am I wanting to have PG-13 rated content here...:degen:

This Wednesday, September 19, 2007 is the Annual Talk-Like-A-Pirate Day worldwide.

This is the only day where I wear my pirate hat where ever I go and talk like a pirate. In my town, about 20% of the people do the same (Population 100,000+). I see them in the supermarkets, in the bookstores, everywhere. Some wear some kind of pirate symbol or clothing. It is very cool when you see a group all talking like pirates. Almost like a real life PUG! LOL

Anyway, you have the resources in this message thread...use them and have some fun!

Toodles,

Thanks for posting.

No prob. I guess you must depend on the website resources now instead of my little list... :(

Anyway, should I add this to The Helm, PirateAhoy?
