Game Launcher
How many other ppl have had this problem sat When i woke up i started my game launcher and its saying (there was a problem verifying the account ID) they need to fix this problem i am getting sick of this.I no for a fact that my account has not been banned i called them at disney and the lady said there was no ban on my account i am very good on what not to say in the game heck half the time i play i dont say any thing at all it's kinda Making me mad i even tryed re-installing windows Xp and see if that worked not it still did not work was still saying the same thing even on the disney game site my password and user name dont work.They really need to fix that it's Making me mad off it's basicly feels like i have been band but i no that the lady i talked to said there was No ban or issues with me five accounts.This is the first time it has happend to me.
I Feel Like Fliping out on Some one. Good thing i dont pay 10.00 a month any more i just use game cards. |
This happens to me sometimes... and I use Mac. I stick to greetings and goodbyes most of the time. That message usually shows for a few hours then it goes away on its own.

I check my internet connection first of all, that seems the #1 thing for me.
If the internet connection is alright, I reopen the launcher and try again a couple of times (usually 3) And of all else fails I restart my computer. |
It finally started to work again took a whole day I dont think it was Disney be cause i was all so haveing problems with my internet Explorer and Fire Fox i was haveing a secure longin issues like if i tryed to go to another page it would not let me i did lose power yesterday probley for about an hour or so that might have been the problem with my ISP most likely they lost power there not that far away from me.
I dont no me i am kinda getting tired of the game my self any way lol i have been playing sense oct last year i have masterd two pirates and starting on my third wish they would hurry up with the new quest. I did restart like five times and then i all so re installed Xp fresh copy and still did not work at that time.I had to email them three or four times to get it to work. Butt now it's working again i hate it when things go hey wire |
Sounds to me like it was an internet/connection issue as mentioned by one of the responders and not a problem with POTCO at all.
If there was anything they could do, would be to have it generate an additional message such as "Unable to establish a sufficient connection to authentication server" or "Unable to establish sufficient connection to verify your account". |
